Panda Master has a separate mobile version. Ask our support team for the mobile link, or use the desktop link on a computer.
The game won't load on Wi-Fi
The main Panda Master address uses port 8888, which some networks block. Switch to mobile data and try again.
My login isn't accepted
Copy the username and password from your dashboard exactly, without extra spaces. If Panda Master still doesn't accept them, contact support and we'll reset the password.
My credits aren't showing
Log out of Panda Master and log back in. If the credits are still missing, reply in the same support chat with your deposit reference (DEP-…) and we'll check the load against your payment.
