1. Who we are
AceGameZone LLC ("AceGameZone", "we", "us") operates acegamezone.com and its support channels. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
2. Information we collect
- Account details
- Your name, email address, date of birth and password. Passwords are stored in a form that can't be read back.
- Platform accounts
- The usernames and passwords of the platform accounts we set up for you, so you can access them from your dashboard.
- Transaction records
- For each deposit and withdrawal: the amount, payment method, platform, status and reference, together with the confirmation details our team records, such as a payment screenshot you provide.
- Support communications
- Messages you send us on Telegram, live chat or email.
- Technical data
- Your IP address and browser information in our server logs, a sign-in cookie, and your display theme preference stored in your browser.
We don't collect card numbers on this website. Payments are made through the payment app or service you choose, under that provider's own privacy policy.
3. How we use your information
- To create and operate your account, set up platform accounts, and process deposits and withdrawals.
- To confirm your eligibility and to prevent fraud and the misuse of offers.
- To respond to support requests.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so that we can improve it.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use a single cookie, agz_session, to keep you signed in. It is required for the dashboard and expires after 7 days. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our website analytics are self-hosted and cookieless, and count visits without identifying you. Live chat loads only when you open it.
5. How we share information
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers that help us operate AceGameZone, such as our hosting provider, under confidentiality obligations;
- with Telegram when you contact us there, under Telegram's own privacy policy;
- with your chosen payment provider, as needed to send or receive a payment; and
- where required by law, or to protect our players and our team from fraud or harm.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is open. After your account is closed, we retain account and transaction records only for as long as necessary to meet legal, tax and fraud-prevention requirements, and then delete them.
7. Security
Our website uses HTTPS, and access to player records is limited to team members who need it. Platform passwords are displayed in your dashboard only after a recent login and are hidden again after 30 seconds. No system is completely secure, so please keep your passwords confidential and contact us immediately if you notice anything unusual.
8. Your rights and choices
To request a copy of your information, correct it, or close your account and request deletion, email [email protected] from the address registered to your account. Some records may need to be retained for the reasons described in section 6.
9. Age requirement
AceGameZone is intended only for people 21+. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger, and we delete such information if we become aware of it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and we will notify you of material changes. Please also read our Terms of Service.
