Orion Stars troubleshooting
One Orion Stars address won't open
Orion Stars runs on two web addresses with different port numbers (8580 and 8888). If one doesn't load, ask our support team for the other.
The game won't load on Wi-Fi
Some work, school and public Wi-Fi networks block web addresses that include a port number. Switch to mobile data and try again.
My login isn't accepted
Copy the username and password from your dashboard exactly, without extra spaces. If Orion Stars still doesn't accept them, contact support and we'll reset the password.
My credits aren't showing
Log out of Orion Stars and log back in. If the credits are still missing, reply in the same support chat with your deposit reference (DEP-…) and we'll check the load against your payment.
