Open the Game Vault download page in Safari, as other iPhone browsers can't install it. If the app won't open after installation, go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management and trust the developer profile.
My Android phone blocks the installation
The Android app is downloaded from the Game Vault website rather than Google Play, so Android asks for permission first. Allow installs from your browser for this download. The file is about 63 MB, so we recommend using Wi-Fi.
My login isn't accepted
Copy the username and password from your dashboard exactly, without extra spaces. If Game Vault 999 still doesn't accept them, contact support and we'll reset the password.
My credits aren't showing
Log out of Game Vault 999 and log back in. If the credits are still missing, reply in the same support chat with your deposit reference (DEP-…) and we'll check the load against your payment.
