Copy the username and password from your dashboard exactly, without extra spaces. If RiverSweeps still doesn't accept them, contact support and we'll reset the password.
My credits aren't showing
Log out of RiverSweeps and log back in. If the credits are still missing, reply in the same support chat with your deposit reference (DEP-…) and we'll check the load against your payment.
